We use Zoom Courier and LBC as our main options for shipping domestic orders.
We have yet to experience lost parcels with them. Sometimes they do get shipments delayed so please note that this possibility is out of our hands. Please choose the appropriate size of packaging for your order. If you have chosen the inaccurate pouch size (small, medium, etc.) we will correct this and it shall reflect on your final bill.
This is the cheaper alternative that is quite reliable. From P70 for Metro Manila deliveries to P150 for province delivery, it is almost half of LBC charges. May or may not be subject to delay. Usual transit time:
2-3 days to Metro Manila
5-7 days or more to Provinces
This is the safest option for prompt and secure delivery especially for ceramics, pigments in glass bottles, and for shipping to provinces. However, their services are almost twice or more than Zoom. From P185 for smallest shipment to above for orders that fit in bigger pouches or boxes. We will get back with you with an estimate from them after order check-out.
Please make sure you include your complete shipping address, including your barangay's name, unit or house number. Failure to give your complete address may result in lost parcels which will be out of our hands.
Third-party mailing services offer restricted delivery services. Please make sure that you or an authorized representative is present at your given address to receive your package. Else, after several attempts, the delivery personnel will return the items to us. In the event that the order returns to us (if it does at all), then we can schedule another delivery to an alternative address or you may pick it up at our assigned address at our discretion.
Once we ship your order, any delays, loss, and trouble encountered is our of Pinta PH's hands. Please understand that we will try our best to correspond with you and that we will wrap your order securely. We offer different shipping options for your perusal. Please pick which option you think you are most comfortable with.
To bring your shipping costs down, we will declare the minimum monetary amount for insurance unless you request us not too.

Q: Do you offer cash on deliver (COD)?
A: Sorry, we do not at the moment.
Q: Do you do meet-ups?
A: Sorry, as much as we would like to meet you, we do not offer this service.
Q: Can you expedite my order? I need it ASAP!
A: Please give ample time for orders to be put together, wrapped, and picked up by third-party delivery services. As much as we would like to bring our products to you, we cannot control the actual time it will get to you. It depends on the delivery service you choose and on the availability of items. Please see Lalamove/Grab option below.
Q: My shipping is delayed. Is it lost? Any way to speed it up?
A: We try our best to relay concerns to shipping courriers should anything happen to our products during transit such as delays or lost mail. Unfortunately, we have no control over mail once they are in transit. From our experience, we have yet to completely lose a parcel using Zoom courier and LBC, so if your package is delayed, it will get there eventually and we will do our best with corresponding with the courier.
Q: Do you accommodate same-day delivery or Grab or Lalamove?
A: Yes. We do special delivery services upon request i.e. same day delivery, Lalamove, Grab Pick-up at a scheduled date where the customer will book the delivery service at their own expense. This way, you may choose the delivery fee amount. Please mind that we are based in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. We require you to pay for your order in advance as we don't offer cash on delivery. Once your order is shipped, we will not be held accountable for delays or lost parcels as it is out of our hands.

Q: How are shipping prices calculated?
A: Shipping prices are estimated according to our experience with mail couriers like Zoom and LBC. Should their charges change, we adjust accordingly. However, their posted rates on their websites are not guaranteed. Please note that shipping charges increase according to the declared price of the package. In case you have already paid a fixed amount for shipping fee, and the mail service tell us the actual cost is a little higher than expected, we may (or may not) shoulder the difference for your convenience. However, if overcharge is big, we contact our clients before sending the package. Please understand that being a small business means we depend on mail services' performance and rates.
Some areas, especially provinces, may have higher shipping costs because mail couriers may not offer services or offices there. In that case, the make special trips to serve only you and thus will charge higher than trips to Metro Manila where they have a lot of satellite offices and delivery riders.
We use PHLpost for international orders. Please go ahead and choose the appropriate delivery option when you place your order. We will get back to you with the corresponding fee. We pick the cheapest option but with tracking data -registered postal service. Usual transit time is 15 days or more. Should you want EMS, which is faster, please tell us but be guided that it is typically more expensive than registered postal mail.
We have yet to experience lost parcels with this service.
Please note we cannot accept returns or refunds on orders especially on international orders.
Please make sure that someone is there to receive the shipment. In the event that they attempt to deliver it multiple times without anyone to receive it, your local post office may send it back to the return address. This will be out of our hands.
